These guitars are rare and also to the best of my research ability I think this guitar is a Shadow SH3 model built around 1988-89 in West Germany. I've included some images from your original brochure. The objective of Shadow Electronics at that time was to create a guitar that completely complimented their pickups. These guitars were handmade in Germany to exacting specifications and therefore are very good quality instruments. For more information begin to see the brief history I've included below from Shadow's website.
This guitar is around three decades old. You can find signs of wear from the paint swirls, scratches, dings, dents, chips etc. There is certainly evidence neck repair with the head stock (see images). The repair was sanded and smoothed but no body filler was adopted to disguise the marks. The region is smooth and effect play-ability. Another highlight is two screws missing from your back body cover and there isn't any tremolo arm for your Floyd Rose. This sale includes a guitar as shown from the pictures, a vintage Yamaha gig bag and nothing else. No hard case, no guitar stand, no brochure, no cool 80's comics...you see what i mean. If you have any queries please ask.
